PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY!

                          PRACTICE ICE SALES & CHANGES
MAY BE MADE VIA EFAX JUNE 7 - 15th

                                INSTRUCTIONS ARE LISTED BELOW

If you need to make a change on your practice ice or if you need to purchase practice ice, we will help you via a secured internet process called EFAX. You may do this between June 7th and June 15th. All you need to do is fill out a practice ice form and fax it to the following number: 1-719-623-0235

We will receive it in a secured email. If you are purchasing additional practice ice or if you are paying money that is owed, you will need to send us your credit card information unless we already have it on file. PLEASE NOTE: As per our announcement, there are no refunds on assigned practice ice. You may trade ice for another session if there is time and space available. There is no trading, gifting, or re-selling of sessions between skaters. Any questions pertaining to practice ice should be directed to Michele Koleto at juskol@yahoo.com.

PRACTICE ICE CLARIFICATION- Please note that official sessions are labeled on the master schedule for the level of the majority of the skaters who will be doing programs. Skaters assigned to these sessions as their additional ice may be one level higher or lower than what the session is labeled.

You will be receiving your competition & practice ice schedules by email over the next few days. Please be sure to look your schedules over very carefully. If there is an error pertaining to a competition event, please email me immediately at honeyb23@aol.com. Do NOT wait until you come to the competition because it might be too late to fix the error at that point.

You should receive your schedule by June 3rd. Please wait until then to email me if you do not receive yours. Do NOT email me before June 3rd. If I have to stop to reply to emails, it will just take me that much longer to send yours.

ALL MONEY OWED MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 15th or YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM PRACTICE ICE SESSIONS OR EVENTS! All refund checks can be picked up at registration when you check in.

FINAL ROUND PRACTICE ICE WILL BE SOLD UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE LAST ELIMINATION ROUND GROUP FOR YOUR LEVEL AT THE PRACTICE ICE DESK AT GATE A.

SENIOR LADIES COMPETING IN THE COMBINED EVENT – Please note that the warm-up sessions for your SP and FS have NOT been assigned on your schedule. Because there are 21 senior ladies in the group, we have split the warm-ups into two groups: the first warm-up will be for skaters 1-10 & the second warm-up will be for skaters 11-21 based upon the skating order for the event. Your warm-up group & time will be posted on the official bulletin board at Gate A in the World Arena after the skating orders are posted. So that you can make plans, the SP warm-ups are between 4:45 & 5:25PM on Friday and the FS warm-ups are between 4:10 & 4:50PM on Saturday.

Senior ladies who also entered the SP Only event should note that if you purchased a SP warm-up, it was assigned to the SP Only event. This means that if you want a warm-up for the SP for the combined event, you must purchase another warm-up.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE COMPETING THE SHORT PROGRAM AT TWO DIFFERENT LEVELS YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ENTER YOUR PLANNED PROGRAM CONTENT FORM FOR ONE OF THE LEVELS ONLINE. BE SURE TO ENTER THE ELEMENTS FOR THE HIGHEST LEVEL IN WHICH YOU ARE ENTERED. ELEMENTS FOR THE SECOND PROGRAM SHOULD BE ENTERED ON PAPER & EITHER MAILED OR EMAIL TO:
